What's the difference between LED neon and glass neon?
LED neon gives you the same glow as traditional glass neon, but it's lighter, more durable and far more energy efficient. There's no fragile glass or high-voltage gas.
Can I see my sign before it's made?
Yes. Our 3D designer lets you type your text, choose a font and colour, and see a mockup of your sign. Once you submit it, we review it with you before anything is built.
How long does a custom sign take?
It depends on size and complexity. We'll give you a clear timeline with your quote. If you have an event date, tell us up front and we'll plan around it.
Do you install?
Yes. Our team installs everything from single signs to full restaurant and retail lighting. From restaurants and homes to boutiques and luxury department stores, we've done it all.
Can you quote from architectural or electrical drawings?
Absolutely. Our co-founder comes from an electrical background, so we read and quote from architectural drawings, electrical plans, elevations and shop drawings. Send them with your project request.
Can you add lighting to millwork that's already built?
Yes. We retrofit existing cabinetry, shelving and bars, and finish it so it looks like it was built in from the start.
How do rentals work?
Pick a sign, tell us your date, and we take care of the rest. We drop off, install and pick up.
Can I make a sign from my logo?
Yes. Send us your logo file with your quote request and we'll tell you how we'd bring it to life.
